Yes. Elso Cars does not keep vehicles on the floor without a full service history. If a vehicle does not meet that standard, we pass on it. Every vehicle is handpicked and inspected before we purchase it, because the condition of the car must impress us before we are comfortable offering it to a customer.
Yes. We do not sell accident-damaged vehicles - it is one of our non-negotiable standards. Every car is checked for structural repairs, panel respray and chassis damage before we buy it, and anything that fails that check never reaches our floor.
No. Every vehicle we sell has been through our RMI-approved workshop inspection, comes with a valid roadworthy certificate and a full service history. If something needs attention, we fix it before the car goes on the floor - not after you have bought it.
Yes. Each vehicle is mechanically inspected by an RMI-approved workshop before we offer it for sale. That covers the engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electronics and a road test - with anything flagged repaired before the car is listed.
Yes. Every vehicle is sold with a valid roadworthy certificate included in the price. There are no hidden "roadworthy fees" added at the end of the deal.
We check tread depth and age on every tyre during inspection. Tyres that are close to the legal limit or unevenly worn get replaced before the vehicle goes on sale, so you drive away on rubber with real life left in it.
We are fussy on purpose. We look for full service histories, accident-free bodies, sensible mileage for the year, and owners who clearly cared for the car. Most vehicles offered to us do not make the cut - that is why the floor stays small and sharp.
Because condition costs money. A car with a complete history, new tyres, fresh service and a roadworthy included is not the same product as a cheaper car without those things. We price on what the car actually is - and we are transparent about why.
Yes. The owners personally look over every vehicle before we commit to buying it. If it would not go into our own family garage, it does not go onto the floor.
Service records first, then body and paint for accident evidence, mechanical condition on a lift and on the road, tyres and brakes, interior wear against the odometer reading, and finally the paperwork. Only when everything lines up do we make an offer.
